Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. twcbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to be your own. twcbet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) sharing account access with any other person; (b) registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent; (c) using any automated software, bots, or technical methods to exploit the platform; (d) engaging in any activity that could compromise the security of twcbet's systems or other users.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the twcbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including online banking and approved e-wallets such as GrabPay and Touch 'n Go.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specifically determined by twcbet. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
Twcbet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any of the terms set out in this document;
- Providing false or misleading registration information;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or system manipulation;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
- Holding more than one active account at the same time.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, twcbet reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending an ongoing investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may contact the twcbet support team for further review.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Twcbet shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties of any kind.
All content on the twcbet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of twcbet and is protected under copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any of these elements without prior written consent.
Twcbet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. All terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
